Our best result of the season with great performances from our top 3 boards to take full match points.
We started with a loss from Anthony and then a draw from Doreen. James on Board 2 then pegged Yate back. Matthew made a mistake from a promising position which lost him his game. However, Phil managed to win a nervy game when his opponent missed a mate threat that lost a piece. At 2.5 - 2.5 Tiiu played really well to win her game and the match on her first time as our top board.
Well done everyone for what has been a great start to 2020 for the A-team with 2 wins out of 3!
